COOU MADE THE LIST AS EDUCATION MINISTER INAUGURATES TWO FLAGSHIP COMMITTEES OF TETFUND

The Honourable Minister of Education, Professor Tahir Mamman, SAN yesterday, Tuesday, 11th June, 2024 at the Conference Hall of the Federal Ministry of Education, Abuja inaugurated the reconstituted National Research Fund (NRF) and Technical Advisory Group (TAG) committees of TETFund.
Among the members of the TAG is Professor K.K. Nwozor of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University.
The Technical Advisory Group of TETFund is responsible for screening manuscripts for development of Academic textbooks, development of journals, establishment of Academic Publishing Centres (APC) and advising TETFund on fundable textbooks, journals and APCs.
Speaking at the event, the Executive Secretary of TETFund, Arc. Sonny Echono stated that members of the committee were carefully selected seasoned academics and expressed confidence in their ability to do a thorough job.
Members of the committee thereafter had their Inaugural meeting to activate workplans towards achieving the set goals.
