Tinubu Appoints New Members to NCDMB Governing Council

President Bola Tinubu has approved four new appointments to the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) Governing Council. According to a statement by his Special Adviser, Bayo Onanuga, the move aims to fill vacancies and strengthen the board.
The appointees include Olusegun Omosehin (National Insurance Commission), Engr. Wole Ogunsanya (Petroleum Technology Association of Nigeria), Sam Onyechi (Nigerian Content Consultative Forum), and Barrister Owei Oyanbo (Ministry of Petroleum Resources).
Tinubu urged the new members to utilize their expertise to boost local content in Nigeria’s oil and gas sector. The NCDMB Governing Council, established under the 2010 Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development Act, comprises representatives from key institutions within the industry.
