Tears As ABS Cameraman Onuegbu Buries Wife Nkem At Awba-Ofemili Awka North Council Area
It was a moment of grief and sober reflection as the remains of late Mrs Nkem Onuegbu were laid to rest at her husband’s compound at Umuchigbu village, Awba-Ofemili in Awka North local government area
In a sermon during the burial service of the deceased who was the wife of Mr Stanley Onuegbu of Anambra Broadcasting Service, ABS, the Senior Pastor of International Elegance Church, Awka, Pastor Ebenezer Eze, thanked God for the life of late Mrs Onuegbu; whom he said died as a believer, and enjoined Christians to be true believers in order to make heaven after their sojourn on earth.
In their condolence messages to the bereaved families, the Managing Director of the ABS, Mr Christopher Molokwu, represented by Mr Afam Obidike, and the Director of Programmes of the ABS, Mrs Nneka Ekwunife, enjoined them to be strong and make Jesus Christ their comforter.
On his part, the elder brother of the deceased, Mr John Chibuzor, described the death of his sister as a huge loss to their family, and prayed God to grant her soul eternal rest.
