T-Mobile Tops Rivals with $3bn Q1 Profit Surge

T-Mobile posted a 24% year-on-year profit jump in Q1 2025, hitting $3 billion, driven by strong postpaid service demand and subscriber growth.
The U.S. telecom giant reported a 5% rise in service revenue to $16.9 billion, with postpaid revenue climbing 8% to $13.6 billion. EPS rose 29% to $2.58, while adjusted EBITDA hit $8.3 billion, up 8%.
CEO Mike Sievert credited the record-breaking quarter to customer-first strategies and continued investment in 5G and service quality, reinforcing T-Mobile’s competitive edge over rivals AT&T and Verizon.
