PCRC Anambra commends Obiano for providing vehicles to monarchs , visits Amawbia new traditional ruler

The Executive members of the Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC) led by Chief Sir Ikechukwu Ezenwankwo last Thursday visited the newly installed traditional ruler of Amawbia, in Awka South Local Government Area of Anambra State, His Royal Highness Chinyelu Nnaemeke Nworah-Molokwu (Okpaligwe).

Speaking during the visit, the Chairman of PCRC, Anambra State, Chief Ezenwankwo explained that they were in the royal father’s palace to felicitate with him for emerging as the new traditional ruler of Amawbia, saying that they were satisfied with the outcome of his selection as the new king of his town. He added that he was not surprised with his emergence.
According to PCRC Boss, the Royal father had agreed to partner the committee in many areas, especially in the area of security of life and property, stating that many measures had been put in place in ensuring that new king had a smooth and eventful reign.

Chief Ezenwankwo emphasized that the committee would always identify with a progressive, describing the new monarch as an achiever and a man of proven integrity. He prayed God to guide and protect the royal Father and as well bless him with longevity.
The PCRC chairman while praying for the monarch extolled the Executive Governor of Anambra State, Chief Dr. Willie Obiano for what he said Obiano had done in state and for the cordial relationship between the governor the traditional rulers in Anambra State.

‘We want to thank Governor Willie Obiano for taking care of our royal fathers. We are happy with the vehicles he gave to them and also for other largesse he gives them. We are equally happy with the operational vehicles and other logistics he delivered to NPF Anambra State Command. He has done noble,’ Ezenwankwo said.
Responding the traditional ruler of Amawbia, HRH, Chinyelu Nnaemeke Nworah-Molokwu (Okpaligwe) thanked the group for coming to felicitate with him, assuring that he would not disappoint them and his subjects. He said that he was more than prepared to perform his duties as the custodian of culture and tradition in Amawbia as well as the chief security officer of the community.
