No Stampede As Sir Emeka Okwuosa Foundation Shares 7,000 Bags Of Rice, Others At Oraifite

There were no stampede in Oraifite, Ekwusigo local government area of Anambra State as Sir Emeka Okwuosa Foundation shared about Seven Thousand (7,000) Bags of rice to beneficiaries.

Probably the lack of stampede stemmed on including members of the security agencies including police, Federal Road Safety Corps, and other paramilitary organizations, priests and other categories of beneficiaries in the sharing formula beneficiaries of the 10kg bags of rice and other food items.

The event which attracted widows and other less privileged members of society also witnessed the presence of community leaders who gathered to pour blessings on the benefactor, Eng Sir Emeka Okwuosa for making available the food items for his people especially at this time of economic hardship.

Addressingthe beneficiaries before distribution, one of the Directors of the Foundation and a brother to the benefactor, Sir Azuka Okwuosa said the event was a time for thanksgiving considering many deaths in 2024, yet God protected those present at the event.

“So many things happened this year including many deaths. We have a cause to thank God. What we share today is to glorify God’s name for what He does for us, “he said.
Sir Okwuosa recognized women as very important in handling family upkeeps.
“Women are very important to family upkeeps. We share with women because they will feed the entire family with their shares. But a man will tie his own at the back of his motorcycle and he may dash it off to his concubine who may waylay him on his way home, “he added.

The Executive Director of the Foundation, Chidimma Okoye who announced the 7,000 bags of rice being shared said the beneficiaries included hospitals and other groups.

Sir Okwuosa flagged off the distribution in the company of Sir Ben Etiaba who was Chairman on the occasion; the Foundation’s Media Adviser, Sir Osaeloka Offor; the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) aspirant for the upcoming by-election for Anambra South Senatorial district, Prince Samben Nwosu, among other dignitaries graced the event.
