JUST IN: Thugs vandalize ballot boxes in Benue as EFCC intercept bags of cash meant for vote-buying
Thugs have disrupted election at North Bank Area, Makurdi, Benue State, after operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) intercepted bags of cash meant for vote-buying at different polling stations.
In an attempt to arrest the culprit, some thugs attacked operatives and vandalized the bus used for patrol.
Consequently, accreditation and voting processes have been brought to an abrupt end.
