Ifeanyi Ibezi In Trouble As APC Sets Up Disciplinary Committee Over Comments On Soludo

For an open endorsement of the Anambra State Governor and flag bearer of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, in the November 8th Governorship election, Prof Charles Chukwuma Soludo, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Hon.Dr.Ifeanyi Ibezi is in trouble.

He is to face a five man disciplinary committee of the APC headed by Chief Hon. Humphrey Nsofor.

The State Working Committee (SWC) of Anambra State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has set up a disciplinary committee to look into the utterances of Hon. Dr. Ifeanyi Ibezi in a recent viral video where he was reported to have spoken glowingly of Governor Chukwuma Soludo.

The members of the disciplinary committee are as follows: Chief Hon. Humphrey Nsofor – Chairman; Sir Chris Jnr. – Secretary; Lady Ifeyinwa Chinwuko Chinweike – Member; Hon. Theo Nnorom – Member; Chief Arinze Awogu – Member.

In the said viral video, Ibezi was seen describing Governor Soludo as a great achiever thus making the effort of the APC to replace the governor nonsensical.

The SWC noted that the party was highly embarrassed by Ifeanyi Ibezi’s open endorsement of Governor Soludo which it views as a defiant display of anti party activity.

According to the release the committee has two weeks to submit their report.
