The unveiling ceremony in Lagos was attended by distinguished guests, including the Deputy Governor of Lagos State, who represented the Governor, as well as Honourable Olatubosun Alake, Commissioner for Innovation, Science, and Technology. Industry leaders from Siemens, Schneider Electric, and Pepperl+Fuchs also graced the event, underscoring the significance of this milestone.
Transforming Africa’s Industrial Landscape
For years, Africa’s industrial sector has depended on foreign expertise for critical systems like ICSS, leading to high costs and operational delays. Greenpeg’s cutting-edge ICSS Hub aims to reverse this trend by locally designing, installing, and maintaining control panels, switchgear, and safety systems. Speaking at the event, the Deputy Governor of Lagos State described the initiative as a “turning point for industrial development in Lagos State and Nigeria at large.”
