Breaking: Five Persons Escape Death In Anambra Road Crash

Five persons have reportedly escaped death yesterday in an accident that took place at Oraifite along Onitsha – Owerri Road in Anambra state.

Anambra FRSC report says confirmed that the accident involved two tricycles where three persons sustained injuries while two others did not. An eye witness said the crash was as a result of tyre bust leading to loss of control of the tricycle.

Sector Public Education Officer, RC K. Musa in a release said: “At about 0910 hrs today 26th August 2020 , a serious road traffic crash involving two Yellow tricycles with registration number JJT 313QR and the other with out registration number was recorded at Oraifite, about 13 km before FRSC office along Onitsha – Owere road

“A total of five (5) people ( 3) Male Adults and (2) female adults were involved while ( 1)Male adult and( 2) female adults sustained varying degrees of injuries and bone fractures were taken to Nchedo herbal home before the arrival of FRSC rescue team from Oraifite Unit Command who ensured free flow of traffic while the road obstruction is being cleared.”
