COVID-19: Sir George Anele Foundation Distributes Palliatives To Vulnerables In Eberi Rivers State

Today being the 2nd day of May, Anele Community Initiative (ACI) carried out sensitization on Coronavirus, distributes palliatives to the widows and the less privilege in Eberi, Omuma Local Government Area of Rivers State, Nigeria.

Sir George Anele the Director of ACI was represented by the Chief Operation Officer, Calister Onyekwere during this exercise.
According to him; “Corona Virus is affecting the whole world but we remain optimistic that we will overcome it.

“I know it is a tough time for everyone, especially my People in Eberi Omuma, with the lockdown across the country and restriction of movement in Rivers State, things are not easy that is why I decided to provide palliatives to help cushion the hunger effect of the coronavirus pandemic.

“I advise that as we move on, we all must abide by the government regulations by:
1) Wash our Hands at Regular interval
2) Maintaining social distance
3) Stay indoors as much as possible but if we must move out, let’s wear our face mask.
4) Stay Self

“He also advised them to amend their ways whist they seek and maintain peace and unity among themselves.”
In a swift response, the women prayed fervently to the donor for God’s guidance and protection towards him and his family.
