Court Cancels Bench Warrant Against Ex-AMCON MD Ahmed Kuru in N76bn Fraud Case

Kuru’s appearance in court, along with his lawyer’s assurance to ensure his future attendance, led to the bench warrant’s cancellation. The case, involving multiple defendants, is set to continue on January 20, 2025.
