BREAKING: Gov. Yusuf Removes SSG, Chief of Staff, and Reassigns Deputy Governor
Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf of Kano State has carried out a significant cabinet reshuffle, dismissing Secretary to the Government, Abdullahi Bichi, and Chief of Staff, Shehu Sagagi, while also redeploying Deputy Governor Aminu Abdussalam to a different ministry. Governor Yusuf’s spokesperson, Sunusi Bature Dawkin Tofa, revealed that Bichi’s dismissal was due to health reasons, and the Chief of Staff position has been abolished. Further details will follow.
