Archbishop Ibezim Ordains new Deacons at St. Peters, Amawbia

The Archbishop Ecclesiastical Province of the Niger and Bishop of Awka Diocese, Most Reverend Alexander Chibuzo Ibezim PhD, JP, will on Sunday, July 4th, ordain new Deacons in the Anglican Church.
Archbishop Ibezim will perform the exercise to mark the ‘2021 Trinity Ordination of Deacons of the Awka Diocese, at St. Peter’s Church Amawbla, Awka South Local Government Area.
In a statement signed by the Diocesan Clerical Synod Secretary, Venerable Clement Mgbemena, the service will be led by the Retreatant and Preacher, Venerable Goodness Amaechi, Archdeacon of Nibo Archdeaconry.
The statement disclosed that Ord Eistein MaduaburoChukwu Emone, Ord Echezona Chizualum, Ord Stanley Okechukwu Nweke and Ord Nnamdi Chukwudi Nwokoye are names to be ordained at the 10.00 O’ clock service.
They all hail from Anglican Church of Advent, Nkpor-Uno, Immanuel Church, Adazi-Enu, St James Anglican Church, Awkuzu and All Saints Anglican Church, Nibo.
It further informed that the Ordination proper will be preceded by presentation, examination and administration of Oaths by the Legal Officers of the Diocese
led by the Chancellor, Hon Justice Sir Okechukwu J. Okeke.
