A member of the House of Representatives for Onitsha Federal constituency, Hon. Lynda Chuba Ikpeazu has counselled a young couple, Mr. and Mrs Walter Agubisi, to always look up to God in all their undertakings, stating that they cannot do without God.
Counselling them during their reception at Classic Hall, Petterson building, All Saints Cathedral, Onitsha, the Federal lawmaker reiterated that they should not fail to pray and be helpers to each other, adding that they have been joined as one.
“You have left your parents to join as one. So whatever you are doing must be done together as one family. Pray to God not only in times of difficulties if you want blessings and prosperity,” she counselled.
Contributing, the father of the groom, Chief Victor Agubisi, who is called ‘Action chairman,’ by his admirers, advised the couple to emulate their parents who have lived together to date with the fear of God, as their watchword.

“They should always pray as broken homes are as a result of greed and lack of the presence of God in all one is doing. They should see God as their guardian and director. Longevity is when you believe in God both in truth and action that you live long. Pray also for the fruit of the womb for God is the giver,” he affirmed.
On why scores of politicians and policemen registered their presence, Chief Agubisi who is the chairman of the Police Community Relations Committee, PCRC, Onitsha Area Command, stated that they were his friends and relations who felt they should witness the solemnization of the couple.
