Anambra: JSS 3 Students Resume Academic Classes Today

JSS three students in all schools across Anambra State will resume normal academic classes today.

This follows the approval by the Anambra State government for the gradual resumption of schools in the State and in line with the approved time table released by the Ministry of Basic Education for the completion of 2019/2020 academic session as well as the schedule for the State Examinations.

According to a release from the Ministry and signed by the Permanent Secretary Mr Nwabueze Nwankwo though the third term is short it expects schools to make maximum use of the time in addition to continuing to reach out to children at home through various e-platforms including the Anambra State teaching on air.

According to the Ministry these various platforms shall continue in the phased re-opening of schools in addition to watching the health implications.

It urged parents to provide hand sanitizers and face masks for their children to ensure safety.
