Anambra Govt To Impound Vehicles That Violate COVID -19 Safety Measures

Bus and shuttle bus drivers as well as tricycle riders in the state have been urged to adhere strictly to wearing of face masks as directed by Governor Willie Obiano.
The Commissioner for Transport Dr Christian Mmadubuko in a release reminded them to also adhere to the government stipulated number of passengers to be conveyed at a time, not to carry any passenger without face mask.
He said that ministry of transport COVID-19 taskforce team will commence immediate impoundment of vehicles operators and tricycle riders who refused to adhere to the Covid-19 preventive measures in the State.
