A Celebration of Culture and Affluence: Obi Jackson Hosts Grand Traditional Marriage Ceremony in Okija

Marriage ceremonies are special events that evoke a unique sense of bliss among participants—celebrants and invitees alike—especially as they reconnect friends and families from far and near.

Tuesday, April 22nd, 2025, marked a groundbreaking moment in Anambra State at Okija, the country home of Obi Jackson, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Nestoil and founder of the ObiJackson Foundation. On this day, he traditionally gave his daughter in marriage to the son of industrial magnate, Emma Bishop Okonkwo. The event was a celebration of culture, affluence, and the assembly of distinguished personalities.

The ceremony was graced by numerous prominent figures from Anambra State, whose blend of noble outfits and regal attire created a majestic spectacle that enhanced the grandeur of the occasion. Among the attendees were business moguls, industry leaders, top political elites, and revered traditional rulers.

The remarkable event took place at the Obijackson Event Center in Okija, a venue with the capacity to accommodate over 5,000 guests.
