Nothing Like ‘New Igwe’ in Nawfia- Says Igwe Chijioke Nwankwo

His Royal Highness Igwe Chijioke Nwankwo has said there is nothing like “new Igwe ” in his Nawfia community in Njikoka local government area of Anambra state.
This was made known in a statement signed by the traditional ruler and made available to www.odogwunlog.com on Saturday.
The letter reads : “This is to inform the general public that there is nothing like “New Igwe “in Nawfia in Njikoka local government area of Anambra state”.
It reads further that ” the issue is still pending before a court of competent jurisdiction. Anything less than jurisdiction from court will amount to contempt of court
“Status quo remains, that means HRH i’ve Chijioke Nwankwo remains Igwe /Eze Nawfia until court decides.
“The public is hereby warned to avoid any function /gathering by any purported Igwe and whatever has happened in Nawfia has a lot of criminal undertones,” he concluded.
