Nigeria deserves quality health system

Health care system is a crucial sector that needs to be upgraded. Under the leadership of
Chief, CBN Onwuasoanya Ezendigbo Our health care system is on top priority and our agenda is to upgrade the 52 existing federal hospitals across the country to world class standard. We shall procure state of art of equipments to fill the gape between old method of analogue patient care to the modern digital devices that are accurate, fast and easy.

We must therefore, retain and encourage our professional doctors, nurses, pharmacies, lab scientists and other health personals with big package of salary and allowances. I am disturbed with the level in which Doctors travel out of the country because of low package and bad condition of service. And the level in which politicians and rich- men travel out for medical tourism.

We shall make sure training and re-training of health personals to meet up with the current trend and innovations in quality healthcare delivery. We shall make provision for maintenance culture on the hospital equipments so as to avoid break down by employing qualified biomedical technicians and engineers

Every Nigeria deserves to be enrolled under NHIS to enable low income earners to get access to hospitals and people with special cases like life support therapy will be given adequate consideration. Also children under 5 years will get free treatments and immunization will be encouraged to prevent spread of diseases in our communities.
