2021 Budget: Gov Sule assents into law over #115Billion

The administration of Governor, Engineer Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa state,on Wednesday assented into law a total budget of #115,722,814.343.31 for the 2021 fiscal year.
Governor Sule assented on the budget at the EXCO chamber of the government house Lafia ,the Nasarawa state capital.
According to him,his administration will forged on with the realisation of common goals and people oriented programme,as well as policies geared towards the overall development of the state.
He reiterated that his administration will continue to execute a vision and mission that is encapsulated in the Nasarawa Economic Development Strategy (NEDS)as it relates to education, agriculture, security, economic empowerment and the general infrastructure.
” We shall do even more,this is not withstanding the second wave of coronavirus pandemic,which is already ravaging lives and economic prosperity of the people.
” I need to remind you all that COVID-19 is still real and I appeal to you to continue to comply with the protocol for control of the spread of the virus” Gov Sule maintained.
