Archbishop Ibezim Urges Christians To Justify Purpose Of God In Their Lives
The Archbishop of the Province of the Niger, Most Reverend Alexander Ibezim has asked Christians to strive towards fulfilling God’s purpose of creating man which is to live to glorify him.
Most Reverend Ibezim made the call at Saint Jude’s Anglican Church, Adazi -Ani, Anaocha Council Area during his episcopal visit to Adazi-Ani Archdeaconry for confirmation and admissions into Mothers’ Union and Girls’ Guild.
Archbishop Ibezim who is also the Bishop, Diocese of Awka, while speaking on the topic: “Glorify and imitate the Almighty God”, lamented that many have sold their birth rights as children of God because of the challenges of life.
While receiving the Archbishop and his wife, Dr. Martha Ibezim, the Archdeacon of Adazi -Ani Archdeaconry, Venerable Chris Nkem -Okafor said that Archbishop Ibezim’s visit was very important to the growth of the church, as some newly confirmed Mmesoma Okafor,Chinemelum Okoye and Ebube Anaekwe thanked God for his mercies that saw them through the journey and promised to hold unto God’s words.
