2025 MY YEAR OF EXPANSION
Dr. Schugger Ezenwa Onyeukwu, Ph.D., has declared 2025 as the “Year of Expansion,” a prophetic declaration that underscores the divine opportunity for growth and progress in every area of life. As is customary in Pentecostal circles, spiritual leaders often release a prophetic word for the new year, guiding their members with a message of hope, direction, and purpose. Guided by the Holy Spirit, he turned to the Scriptures for clarity and was led to Isaiah 54:2-4, a passage that speaks directly to the theme of growth and enlargement. “Enlarge the place of thy tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains of thine habitations: spare not, lengthen thy cords, and strengthen thy stakes; for thou shalt break forth on the right hand and on the left,” the scripture reads. Dr. Onyeukwu went on to emphasize that the Lord is calling His people to expand their vision, to think bigger, and to prepare for unprecedented growth.
The essence of the message is clear: 2025 is a year of expansion. Pst. Schugger urged his congregation to embrace this divine instruction, not just in spiritual matters but in every aspect of life—business, career, finances, family, and education. This year, believers are encouraged to develop expansion plans and actively seek opportunities for growth.
